Today we had the privilege of hearing from past Seneca CEO facilitator, Judy Dezse. She shared her entrepreneurial path as the current owner of @Pan Yan Bookstore and Grants & Community Engagement Coordinator for the Seneca County Collaborative.
She shared so much great insight and advice that I had to stop our Q&A so our students wouldn’t be late getting to school! Not to worry, we will pick back up where we left off during our upcoming visit to her bookstore 📚
Her passion for the Tiffin community by helping businesses get started and continuing growing is truly inspirational. She explained to us the power of networking, taking chances and the value of a close-knit, collaborative community like Seneca county. She wrapped up with what she said is the most significant lesson she’s learned throughout her journey — while it takes an all-in, competitive spirit to start and maintain a small business, finding balance and asking for help is absolutely essential to success.
💡”Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good.”
So grateful for Judy’s time and willingness to share her incredible story with us!
