Thank you to Suzie Reineke, our Seneca CEO Board Chair and Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing at Reineke Family Dealerships, for hosting us. Suzie and the Tiffin Reineke management team spent the morning explaining all of the moving parts of running a full-service car dealership. We learned a ton about sales and service, but the most important takeaway was that the success of any business begins with its people. Building and nurturing relationships are the foundation of both employee and customer satisfaction — and Reineke has mastered this art!
