The Seneca CEO visit to Terra State Community College last week was more than just a campus tour — it reminded us that your starting point doesn’t define your future — what matters most is your drive to learn and grow 💬✨

We discovered that there are so many different paths to success — and Terra offers countless ways to help students reach their goals, whether it’s through hands-on programs, transfer opportunities, or career-ready training 📚🔧💼

One of the most powerful takeaways came from Mr. Ted Willman, Terra State Admissions Advisor and Head Women's Basketball Coach, who said:

“Your character matters most in life. You have to be the conductor of your train — you control who you let on and who you let off. Surround yourself with the right people to be successful.” 🚂💬

📝 Key Lessons from our visit :

✔️ You define your journey — no matter where you begin, possibilities are limitless.
✔️ Motivation and mindset are everything.
✔️ The people you surround yourself with can help shape your future
✔️ Terra State is here to support your goals — your way!

Added bonus, we had the chance to meet and learn about Terra State President, Ron Schumacher’s, journey! Thank you to Dr. Schumacher, Terra State CC and Seneca CEO Board Member, Ted Willman, for the inspiration and reminder that education, character, and community go hand in hand 💙🙌
