Innovation + Entrepreneurship = Success! 💡🐉

This past Friday, the Seneca CEO class had the incredible opportunity to visit Tiffin University for a coffee conversation with alum Gary Robinette ’72, held in the beautiful Gary and Laura Robinette Center for Entrepreneurship inside the new Center for Innovation and Learning.

Mr. Robinette shared his inspiring journey from TU classrooms to leading billion-dollar companies, reminding students that taking risks, learning from mistakes, and staying adaptable are key ingredients for success 🗝️

He also shared his list of qualities that take zero talent but make all the difference:

⚡ Energy
🔥 Passion
💪 Effort
🙌 Body Language
✨ Doing Extra
📚 Preparation
🎯 Coachability

And perhaps the most important lesson of all —

“Don’t get so caught up making a living that you forget to make a life.”
