🌮 Last week, our Seneca CEO students visited Xcaret Mexican Restaurant, a true Tiffin staple for more than 25 years! Known for its high-quality food, exceptional service, and fun dining atmosphere, Xcaret continues to deliver an experience that keeps customers coming back.

We had the privilege of hearing from Seneca CEO alum Nohema Galvan, daughter of the restaurant’s owners, who has grown up helping run her family’s business. From her years of experience in every part of the restaurant—from serving tables to management—Nohema shared valuable lessons that only hands-on experience can teach:

💬 Get to know and invest in your staff—they ARE your business.
💬 Always give back to the community that gives to you.

Reflecting on her time in Seneca CEO, Nohema said the connections and relationships she built were truly life-changing. The people she met through the program have supported her every step of the way and will continue to be there as she pursues her dream of expanding and launching her own business.
