We had the opportunity to visit National Machinery and learn how a Tiffin-based company has grown into a global leader, designing and manufacturing forming machines that produce metal parts used around the world.

One of the biggest takeaways was their strong family-oriented culture, where employees are trusted, treated like professionals, and given the freedom to do their jobs well. They also emphasized the importance of continuous learning, staying open to new opportunities, and taking calculated risks—reminding us that real growth often happens outside our comfort zones.
