Earlier this week, the Class of 2026 had the opportunity to spend their final visit with Suzie Reineke and Weston Reinbolt. We toured a few of their current projects in downtown Tiffin. We heard about their vision for revitalizing local spaces, the challenges that come with managing multiple developments, and the systems they use to stay organized and intentional in their work.

Hearing how they balance a demanding professional life while still prioritizing their family was both inspiring and motivating.

Grateful for leaders who are making a real impact in our community and taking the time to share their experiences with us.
