Friday we meet with Zach Fowler , an attorney who helped us with any questions we could have with our businesses. He talked to us about the many different types of companies we could start such as a sole proprietorship or an LLC and the difference between the many types. We also discussed what forms and information we would have to fill out for our businesses that we would need to make sure our they will run well, such as insurance, tax information, and loans.
