Hello all, In preparation for the second year of Seneca County CEO, Midland Institute recommends a strategic planning session to discuss a variety of different topics including but not limited to the following: * First Year Recap regarding Strengths and Opportunities * 2021/2022 Annual Investor Report * 2022/2023 Budget & Financial Expectations * Recruiting New Investors * Grant Application for White Fund via Tiffin Community Foundation * Facilitator Report * Marketing initiatives including 2022/2023 Event Calendar * Mentor Recruitment * Student Recruitment * Other Business Our students set the bar high this past year and I’ll look forward to seeing the success of this next round of students.
