About Me

Sofia, a senior at Seneca East High School and a level lll student at Sentinel CTC in the Culinary & Hospitality Management program, participates as an active member of the DYS Youth Advisory Board, a non-profit organization that connects youth to the diabetes community. This year will be her second year as Seneca East softball team manager and just finished her first season of golf. An award-winning baker at the regional level and state level competitor for SkillsUSA, Sofia plans to attend Johnson & Wales to major in Culinary Nutrition with a focus on Baking & Pastries. Sofia joined the Seneca CEO to cultivate her leadership skills and learn what it takes to successfully operate a small business while jumpstarting her dream to open a sugar-free bakery.
